Here we get an outline of your dwelling – type, year built, location and any previous retrofit work, extensions etc.
Based on this a general set of recommendations can be given there and then.
This consultation can lead onto a site visit/survey, BER certification, DEAP4 Calculation, Specification of thermal insulation, Grant Application process etc.
* Larger dwellings (above 2250 sq ft total floor area), previous retrofits, Extensions, etc. may incur an extra fee due to complexity and extra time involved.
