Established in 2009 by Martin Delahunty, MDEC Energy Consultants have 12 years experience in BER (Building Energy Rating) Certification, SEAI Grant Application advisory, Part L new-build BER certification and Home Retrofit Energy Consultancy in the South East, Dublin, Cork & Galway.

Martin has 35 years experience in the construction industry as a qualified carpenter joiner, graduate quantity surveyor, building contractor, BER Assessor & Energy Consultant.

Focusing on Energy Efficiency in terms of Building and Renovating homes has led to a service to clients that assists them in building or renovating with a futureproof mentality and practicality of build.
