Specification and levels of thermal insulation required in floors, walls, roofs along with the target ​

U-Values of windows and doors, the efficiency of the space and water heating system, ventilation ​(natural or mechanical), Renewables (Solar PV, Heat Pump, Wood burning stove etc.), hot water ​usage, etc.​
